There is a lot of parking available. You also have the option to leave your car overnight in a locked parking lot, and you can pick up whenever is convenient for you the next day.
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Fairfield Hotel in Guelph. Please refer to the Where to Stay tab for full details on how to book your room. To receive the discounted wedding rate, reservations must be made by Friday, April 17, 2026.
The dress code is cocktail attire, which includes dresses or jumpsuits for women and dress shirts with slacks or suits for men. Please note that this will be an outdoor wedding. If you are wearing heels, we would recommend either wedge/block heels or flats, and a jacket would be recommended as the night goes on! Our wedding party will be dressed in wildflower pastel tones—blue, lavender, green, yellow, and pink—so guests may want to choose other colours to let them stand out.
We are in a rural location, so transportation is limited. There is access to Uber, but rides must be booked in advance. Taxis are also an option, and Red Top Taxi has been great for this area.
Yes! We’ll have an open bar—drinks are on us, hangovers are on you. 🍹
Yes, we will be serving a buffet BBQ. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.
Only the guests listed on your invitation may attend.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we are truly grateful to have you celebrate with us.
