It's going to be a fairly small, intimate, Halloweeny wedding. Also there may be goats.
Great question! This actually always sort of panics me and I never know what a dress code term means so I googled it. Let's go with "dressy casual" but in that way that makes you feel lovely and comfy, not stressed out. But also before you left home, you looked in the mirror and were like "hey, looking great." Also this is a Halloween wedding so if you want to look a little *spooky* we wouldn't complain.
Also a great question because this often worries me for weddings. You can roll on in as early as 5:00pm to hang! Check out the schedule part of the website where I included too much information.
Oh yes, please do. No stomach aches or dying on our watch. Let us know when you RSVP by the first week of September so we can be sure to let the event coordinator and chef know.
We really do love all your children, but for this event we ask that you find childcare for the evening (if that's difficult, let us know and we can help!)
We're not going to have a DJ because this is pretty small party. But please feel free to suggest some songs for the ole Spotify playlist. And if you want to bring instruments, please do! We're thinking it'll be nice to just get together, play, and sing - if that's what you're into!
We really thought we were in the clear there for a while, but that nasty delta variant snuck up real fast, so we know it's still a scary time. There will be around 40-50 attendees, so hopefully a manageable amount. Everyone invited to the wedding has been fully vaccinated and the venue is outdoors with lots of space for folks. We will be seated together (also outdoors) for eating and during the ceremony, so let us know if there are any worries on that side. And also, feel free to wear a mask and do whatever you need to do. We love you and want you to feel as safe as possible!
Yeah, thanks for asking.
