Important: Security Check at MOTB

All guests will go through a small security check at the Museum of the Bible reception venue and sign in before going to the 6th floor ballroom space.

What is the dress code?

We kindly request that all guests dress in formal attire to celebrate our special day.

When should guests arrive at the ceremony venue?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at National City Christian Church 15 minutes before the 3:30 PM start time of the ceremony. If you plan to drive, allow for extra time to park and walk to the church, as Thomas Circle is a busy area.

What parking options are available for the Ceremony?

While Uber or Public Transportation are the easiest ways to get around D.C., there is limited street parking and a few parking garages in the area such as SP+ Parking (1177 15th St NW, Washington, DC 20005), Colonial Parking at Residence Inn (1199 Vermont Ave NW, Washington, DC 20005), or the Washington Plaza Hotel Parking Garage.

What parking options are available for the Reception?

Answer

If you don't plan to Uber or take Public Transportation, there is limited street parking and garage parking. The main garage connected to the Museum of the Bible is the Colonial Parking Garage located at 321 Virginia Ave SW, Washington, DC 20024. If you choose to park here, please be sure to take your ticket with you as it will allow you to re-enter the garage at the end of the reception.
