What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Yes! We are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length gowns. Please no jeans or sneakers. We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride-cream ,ivory, or white. Please keep in mind, the venue is outdoors on grass.

Are Kids Allowed?

We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night.

Is there parking available? Is it wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Parking is behind the venue. You may access it at the end of Youngs Way, Indio CA. There will be a parking attendant assisting you as you park. If you're handicapped accessible, please text (760) 289-8164 providing your first and last name with your request.

May I take photos?

Answer

We are having an 'unplugged' ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices to be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony so that all guests can be present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want, and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 5 o’clock in the evening. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed into the venue until the ceremony is over. We are having a pre-ceremony event where refreshments will be available to those who arrive early.

May I bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} or {The (last name)'s}.

Will the Ceremony/Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both will be held outdoors.

How do we RSVP?

Answer

You may RSVP on our website or scan the QR code that came with your invitation. Please RSVP by April 1st, 2025.

What is the weather going to be like?

Answer

The highest will be 91 degrees and the lowest will be 68 degrees. We are starting closer to sunset; therefore, it should be cooled down by then.
