Salt & Straw
This was our 1st date spot - and our ABSOLUTE FAVORITE ice cream parlor with fun flavors. We walked to Venice Canals - a gorgeous neighborhood with canals, and then ended at Venice Beach. These a number of locations, so check out what's closest to you!
Boomtown Brewery
If you want to venture into Downtown LA, you've got to check out the breweries located in the Arts District. Our favorite is Boomtown, but there's Angel City, Arts District Brewing Co, and plenty of food trucks. Salt & Straw is also there ;)
The Getty
Tiff planned a picnic so they could have "spaghetti at the Getty". On that date, she told him she loves him (for the very first time). So check out this GORGEOUS, world renown art museum/iconic date spot!
Backyard Bowls
This is the best spot for açai bowls, hands down! Check out the rest of Santa Monica from there!
The Culver Steps
A common date area for Joe & Tiff near Joe's first apartment. Plenty of restaurants and a few historic film sites there, like the Culver Hotel.
Kogi's Taqueria Truck
In Joe's opinion, this is the BEST Korean-Mexican fusion taco truck in Los Angeles.
Point Vicente Lighthouse

One of our favorite beaches is in close proximity to the venue!
