When can I arrive?
Answer
You are welcome to arrive before Wednesday the 24th, however the Fattoria is fully booked. Instead, we recommend you stay in Siena which is ~15m drive to the Fattoria. Alternatively, you can stay in Florence which is ~1hr drive to the Fattoria. Please visit our 'Travel' tab for places to stay in Siena and Florence. On the 24th, you are welcome to check-in from 15.00.

Do I need to reserve a room?

No, we have reserved the entire venue and you will be assigned a room.
Question
When will I find out what my allocated room costs will be?
Answer
Each room at the venue is charged per room (for 2 nights). Prices vary slightly depending on room size and number of occupants, ranging from around €350 to €550 per room for the full stay (24–26 June). We’ve done our best to assign rooms fairly based on space and occupancy. Once we confirm your room, we’ll share the exact amount for your group. The cost includes all meals and drinks from 24–26 June, so once you arrive, everything is covered. Payment deadline is 13th April 2026

How do I pay?

Please wire the money to our bank account by the RSVP deadline of April 13th. Bank transfer details can be found under the 'Registry' tab. When paying please reference the names of your party members.

All guests should let us know their attendance by 31st March, 2026.

How do I get to the Fattoria?
Answer
See the section “Travel”. Our best recommendation is to fly to Florence and hire a car from Florence's Amerigo Vespucci airport. The drive is around an hour long.

When should I leave?

The 26th is the check-out day for the whole wedding party. Don't forget to eat your breakfast to fuel your slow check-out between 10.00 - 11.00.

What is the dress code?
Answer
This event is "yacht formal". Come in your best linens, neutrals, summery formal wear. We recommend bringing two formal but comfortable outfits. Please avoid wearing any white or off-whites. By AI definition: "For women, this means avoiding stilettos and opting for knee-length cocktail dresses or elegant maxi dresses in breathable fabrics. For men, consider a lightweight blazer, crisp shirt, and tailored trousers or chinos, paired with loafers or warm toned brogues."

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions, allergies and intolerances. You can enter this information from the RSVP tab once you've confirmed your attendance and your meal type preference selection between vegetarian or non-vegetarian. At the end of that page you will see a question asking for your requirements, if any.

Is there anything in particular that I should bring with me?

Don't forget to bring a towel and your swimsuit for the pool if you want to take a dip. The Fattoria does not provide pool towels.
