We’re so excited to share a few of our favorite places with you.
For those traveling from out of state, we included some day trip ideas for exploring more of Colorful Colorado.

One of our favorite places is Rocky Mountain National Park. There is an abundance of activities for any skill level. Some of our favorite hikes include Dream Lake, Sky Pond, and Mills Lake. Trail Ridge Road also offers a ton of scenic views!

Highly recommend for history buffs!! Also an awesome experience if you do not decide to stay at the Stanley Hotel.

The Stanley Hotel Historical Day Tour

For the out-of-towners, we highly recommend traveling to this gem while in town. In the summer months they have a variety of activities from concerts to Yoga on the Rocks.

Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre

Absolutely beautiful park! It is located about an hour south of Denver and makes for a great day trip.

Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center

We went here on our first real date. We had a blast! Definitely recommend!

Denver Botanic Gardens

Visit the place where Joe grew up! Summit County is home to 4 ski resorts. Go on a hike, check out Dillon Reservoir, or go shopping in Frisco or Breckenridge.
