Our story begins on 4th of July, three years ago. As he does every year, Joe was celebrating with a party, but he had no idea how different this one would be...his mom had invited one of her coworkers to enjoy the festivities, and as fate would have it, that coworker was Shannon. To describe it as love at first sight would be an understatement. Shannon says she felt an overwhelming sense of euphoria when she looked into his eyes and mesmerized by his infectious smile. Joe says he knew she was the one shortly after when he saw Shannon helping his mom and sister in the kitchen and laughing as if she was always meant to be there. The next day they exchanged numbers, and a week later they had their first date at Dalton’s. She was head over heels and he was wild about her. Since this moment, we have had the pleasure to share our wins and losses, happiness and sadness, family and friends with one another, and ultimately support one another through this crazy thing we call life, now and for forever longer.
