When should I book a hotel?

Answer

As soon as possible to secure a room. Our hotel blocks have a drop deadline of September 4th, after that, availability is not guaranteed.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 15 - 30 mins before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal; rich autumn colors, dancing shoes, and big smiles encouraged.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking available onsite for 40 vehicles - cars can stay in the lot overnight if needed. Guests are encouraged to take the shuttle or rideshare service.
