We are hoping for a beautiful, mid-September day for an outdoor ceremony. We will do everything in our power to have the ceremony outdoors, so please dress and plan accordingly. However, if the forecast is not cooperating, we (our family/friends) will reach out to notify everyone of any changes (e.g. moving the ceremony to the Blue Heron).
We will be having a private, immediate-family only Catholic ceremony earlier in the day. Because of this, our outdoor ceremony may look a little different than a typical ceremony (e.g. we will walk down the aisle together as a couple, we have already exchanged rings, etc.).
We are very fortunate that we have not had to make any major adjustments to our wedding day due to COVID-19. If you feel sick or are concerned about your health and safety, please stay home (we understand!). If attending the outdoor ceremony, you may wear a mask and socially distance as desired. If attending the reception at The Great Blue Heron, please wear a mask while in the building. You may remove your mask once you are seated or while you are eating/drinking. We do not have a seating chart, so you may sit wherever you feel most comfortable. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
