When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Friday, April 5, 2024! We are using this site for digital RSVPs.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

See our gallery for inspiration for our Mountain Chic wedding! In short, please wear dresses and suits and feel free to accessorize. Colorado spring weather can be unpredictable so plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony no later 3:30 to allow yourself to get seated. We will begin promptly at 4pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the Denver Marriott West. Shuttles will depart the hotel promptly at 2:45 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - there is ample parking at the venue. Cars may not be left overnight.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are working closely with our chef to ensure there are delicious vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options incorporated to our menu!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our Apres Wedding will be at A-basin on Saturday, May 25th! The ski resort is located near our current home town, about 1 hour west of Denver. Please plan for your own transportation (car rental or carpool) if you’d like to join us!
