Transportation to/from venue? What is the timeline?

Answer

Below is the bus transportation schedule if you are not driving and timeline for the day. We love you all very much so please no drinking and driving. This schedule will also be available at check-in. Bus pick-up #1- 2:30 Bus pick-up #2- 3:00 *If you plan to take the bus to the ceremony, please be at the front of the lodge 5 minutes before the times listed above. The last bus will leave promptly at 3pm. Ceremony- 3:30 Cocktail Hour- 4:00 Reception- 5:00 Last Call- 10:00 Bus pick-up #1- 10:00 Bus pick-up #2- 10:30

Parking for ceremony & reception?

Answer

The venue has parking available adjacent to where the ceremony/reception will be taking place. Transportation will be provided to/from the State Park lodging facilities so please do not drink and drive!

Is the venue walkable from the State Park lodging accommodations?

Answer

No, the two are about 5.4 miles apart BUT we will be providing scheduled transportation between the venue and lodging area so you won't need to worry about driving.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We plan to have a buffet that should accommodate a large variety of diets - however, please reach out to us with any further concerns.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Although we love your children, this is an adults only event due to limited venue capacity.

I need help booking!

Answer

The booking site can be a little confusing so here is a step by step guide to get you the room you need: -Click 'View' under the kind of room you need (Lodge, Cabin/Cottage or Camping) -Click 'Advanced Search' on the bottom left side -Click 'Room Type' -If looking for cabin/cottage: select the 3 cottage options, if looking for lodge room: select the options you would like from the rest of the list -Click 'Check Availability' after checking the preferred boxes for room type -Click 'View Available Rooms'($142/night is for a room in the lodge, $199/night is for a cabin/cottage) -Select which room fits you best

Is there early check-in for Saturday?

Answer

Normal check-in is at 4pm and the wedding starts at 3:30pm. We have requested early check-ins for everyone coming on Saturday but they are not guaranteed unfortunately.
