We will be hosting a welcome party at BlackSheep Wine Bar & Merchant on Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 6-9 PM. There will be heavy appetizers provided, and drinks and other food available for purchase! This is a 3 minute walk from the main hotel (Hilton Garden Inn Chandler Downtown). We cannot wait to see you all before the big day!
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Please join us for our wedding ceremony starting at 5:00 PM. We kindly request you arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 PM. Cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will take place at the same location immediately following the ceremony. If driving to the venue, please use Google Maps as Apple Maps does not route to the correct location. There will be shuttles available to take from the Hilton Garden Inn Chandler Downtown (150 S Arizona Ave. Chandler, AZ 85225) to Desert View for the ceremony. These shuttles will arrive at the hotel at 3:30 PM and will be departing for the venue at 3:45 PM. There will also be shuttles at the end of the evening to take guests from Desert View back to the Hilton Garden Inn Chandler Downtown. These shuttles will be arriving at the venue between 10:30 and 10:45 PM to depart by 11:00 PM at the latest.
12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
The newlyweds will be hanging out for a few hours at The Park at O.H.S.O. Brewery in Downtown Gilbert before heading to Boots in the Park! This is a local brewery with a large open space with games, live music, and more. Feel free to come and say hi/bye as the weekend concludes!
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The newlyweds will be continuing the weekend festivities at a country music concert in Gilbert, AZ (the town we live in!) headlined by Keith Urban, Dustin Lynch, and others.
