All of our wedding weekend events will take place on the Mountain Top Resort property. While the resort is walkable, there are complimentary resort shuttles to get guests to and from all events and around the property throughout the weekend. Please speak with the front desk for more information about scheduling shuttles. In the map above, you'll see stars highlighting our 3 event locations: The Beach Pavilion for our welcome party on Thursday evening & brunch on Saturday, the Wedding Knoll for our ceremony, and the Event Barn for our reception.
The ceremony will be starting at 4:00pm. We ask you to be there 20 minutes early to ensure you are seated.
Cocktail Attire Come get fancy with us! We would love to see everyone dressed up for our big day! A suit and tie, knee-length or mid-length cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, or dressy separates are perfect options for our wedding. When thinking of your footwear, please keep in mind our ceremony will take place on a grassy knoll outdoors.
Welcome Party Parking: Parking at the beach pavilion is very limited (maybe 5 spots)! All guests, whether staying on site or not, should plan to take a shuttle from the Main Inn. There will be shuttles running all evening to take guests to and from. If you are not staying on site, you may park in the lot near the Main Inn for the evening. Ceremony & Reception Parking: There are two parking lots, one at the Main Inn (a short walk uphill to the ceremony site, near the reception barn) and one at the Wedding Knoll (directly next to the ceremony site). Shuttles will also be available to take guests to and from.
We would love our wedding to be an intimate event with only close friends and family. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on the envelope of your invitation, and will appear when you RSVP.
We love your little ones! However, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party and have decided to keep our ceremony and reception primarily an adult only event. We hope you can understand and enjoy a well-deserved night for yourself.

Please RSVP by August 1st. If you do not RSVP by that date, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we must provide an exact guest count to our venue and unfortunately cannot accept late RSVP’s.
