This is a casual beach day picnic for those who will arrive on Friday and be hanging out Saturday. We will have blankets and umbrellas by the water, drinks and snacks. Come stop by any time, bring sandwiches from West Shore Market or New Moon in Tahoe City if you're coming for lunch, and enjoy the lake together.
10:00 am - 1:30 pm
Hiking shoes, sun hat, and water recommended! This is a steep up and back hike alongside a waterfall. There are streams and pools kids can play in along the way, and folks can move at their own pace.
Bring a picnic lunch in a backpack with your water bottle and stop along the way to enjoy lunch together with the view of a gorgeous waterfall. There are many options of places to stop! You do not need to RSVP for this event, just show up around 10am if you want to join the pack to head up together.
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
This is a formal event - grab your suit or vest and tie, rock that dress you haven't had an occasion to wear, and come ready to party.
Everyone will board the Olympic Valley Tram between 4-5pm in 15 minute intervals. please sign up for a time to board below. There will be childcare and a game room at the ceremony for kiddos and the Tram will start boarding for the way down at 8pm (folks can leave between 8-10pm)

This event is casual. Wear whatever is comfortable!
We will be serving a light casual brunch at Joe's home on Monday morning before folks head home. If you're still around and able to join, we'd love to see you in a smaller setting and say good-bye and thank you!
