Indian attire is encouraged as we celebrate a traditional Hindu ceremony, but it is completely optional. We understand not all guests may have traditional outfits - please wear whatever feels comfortable and appropriate. Bright colours are welcome.
Groom Arrival / Baraat: 8:30 am – 9:00 am Celebrate the groom’s arrival with music, energy, and tradition. Breakfast / Chai Nasto: 9:00 am – 9:45 am Enjoy breakfast; chai and light snacks as you arrive. Bride Entrance: 10:00 am Please be seated on time for the bride’s entrance and ceremony. Family Photos: 12:00 pm Lunch Buffet: 1:00 pm Afternoon Break: 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm A short break will follow lunch before the civil ceremony. Guests may use this time to relax, explore the grounds, or change outfits if they wish. Kindly return and be seated by 4:00 pm.
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
The civil ceremony will follow a traditional English wedding style. Guests are welcome to wear wedding-appropriate attire or any formal outfit they feel comfortable in.
Bride Entrance: 4:30 pm Please be seated on time for the bride’s entrance and ceremony. Group Photo & Flower Toss: 5:15 pm Following the flower toss, guests are invited to make their way to the barn, find their tables, and enjoy a drink before the reception begins.
6:30 pm - 11:45 pm
Formal or elegant attire. Guests can continue in the same outfit from the civil ceremony; no additional outfit change is necessary. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate.
Bride & Groom Entrance: 6:30 pm Followed by cake cutting and a welcome toast. Band / DJ Begins: 7:00 pm Evening Food Served: 7:45 pm Carriages: 12:00 am Guests not staying overnight depart.
