What time should I arrive?
Answer
Anytime around 3:30 pm! Please plan to be seated by 3:50 pm. Keep in mind the ceremony will be starting right at 4:00 pm.

What should I wear?
Answer
Please dress for a semi-formal event! If possible, try to avoid solid light pinks!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Please only bring those addressed on your invitation! That way, we’ll know how many chairs to account for. Verify through RSVP!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVP Deadline is May 1st. If you are unable to attend then please contact us to let us know!! Contact (937) 475-9954 by call, leave a voicemail, or text. Thanks!

Where do I sit for the ceremony?
Answer
When you enter the main lobby, head into the room on your right and find a seat within the rows of chairs. The first three rows will be reserved for family but after that, please fill up the rows horizontally! Don’t leave gaps in between you and other guests.

What should I do after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the couple will be having pictures with their wedding party and immediate family members. In the meantime, help yourself to refreshments and sign our guestbook if you haven’t already!

Is the reception located somewhere else?

The ceremony and reception will both be located at Beavercreek Golf Club!

Where do I sit for the reception?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will both be in the same banquet room. That means the seat you’re at for the ceremony will be the seat you have for the reception! If you are able to, please find your table number and move your chair to the table you’re assigned to. If you need help moving your chair, let us or someone know!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Feel free to request or inform us if you have food allergies so we can ensure everyone has something they can eat!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
If you’re from out of town, we recommend Holiday Inn’s! There’s one located in Fairborn, about 4 miles away and one located in Beavercreek, also about 4 miles away.
