FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm, weather permitting. Please plan to arrive at the venue anytime between 2:30pm-4:15pm.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be semi formal. Please be aware that Colorado weather can change at any moment, and drastic temperature changes, rain, and wind may occur. Men - Joey will be wearing a green/olive suit. Any other color works! Ladies- The bridal party will be wearing an array of different wildflower colors, so wear any color you would like! Additionally, we recommend wearing flat shoes (no heels) due to an uneven grass ground and the risk of holes at the venue.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP at least 4 weeks in advance.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please only bring a date if they are included on your wedding invitation or if you have reached out to Joey or Morgan to confirm an additional guest.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking area available at the wedding venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from lodging and the venue?

Answer

A large shuttle will run to and from the Bailey Lodge and the wedding venue. This will include multiple trips as needed, and additional stops between Jefferson & Bailey, CO may be added if needed.

Question

Can I bring smoking products/anything flammable?

Answer

NO! Colorado is anticipating extremely high fire danger this summer. We ask that you please leave any flammable smoking items at home, as they are unsafe to use in this area. Vapes/e-cigs are welcome.
