Shuttle

Shuttle from Main Hotel to Reception

January 2, 2026 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

A pick up service will be available to and from Riverside on the Potomac. Pick up from Tru by Hilton Ashburn One Loudoun pick up time 3:45PM. Following the reception, transportation back to hotel will be available at two time slots: 8:30PM and 10:30PM.

Directions to Venue Coming From Leesburg area: GPS directions will generally send you all the way down Spinks Ferry RD from 15 if you are coming from the Leesburg area. DO NOT follow this. Continue on 15 past Roots and Brossmans Farm Market. You will then pass Lucketts Elementary School when you arrive at the stoplight directly after the elementary school turn right. You will pass the fire station and antique store on both sides. Continue on Lucketts Road until it turns into Lost Corner Road. Once you get to the end of Lost Corner Road (the road will make a T with the gravel road) you will make a left hand turn onto Spinks Ferry Rd. Follow Spinks Ferry Rd until the dead end. This is where the venue begins. Once you have arrived at the venue there will (most likely) be cones blocking off half of the drive way. DO NOT move the cones. Drive towards the opposite side, and someone associated with the venue will direct you where to park.

Can I Uber?

Be advised that while Ubering to the venue is possible, returning home by Uber is not. This is due to the remote location of the venue. Please plan ahead and either drive or plan to take the provided shuttle home.
