Covid-19 Plan For Ceremony

When Joe and I began wedding planning, we were lucky enough to fall in love with both a church and venue that had more than double amount of space that what we actually needed. At first we were worried that such large spaces would look silly, but now we realize that having such large spaces is our saving grace for our special day! Church: St. John Nepomuk holds 500 people (pre-Covid). Our plan for the ceremony is to have every guest wearing masks. We will also be leaving the middle pews open- guests will only be able to sit on the ends of the pews to maintain a 6 ft. distance between household parties. For every pew in use, two pews will be left empty to further ensure the required distance to keep our guests healthy. The only entrance to the church prior to the ceremony will be through the side door directly off the St. John Nepomuk parking lot. After the ceremony is over, the main church doors will be unlocked to allow guests to exit.
For all the days along the way
