Question

When is the wedding?

Answer

July 11, 2026, 3:30pm

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held in Spirit Lake, Idaho at The Venue at the Reeds.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a block at The Moose Inn and Stoneridge Resort. These rooms are reserved for you to book by May 31, 2026 and pay for. But there are a handful of other hotels in the area for you to choose from. There is also an option of dry RV camping at the venue. There are 10 spots available, so if you do plan on camping at the venue let Megan know ASAP.

Question

How/when do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP on this very website--just look at the top of the screen. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by June 11, 2026.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP profile. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Question

Do I have to RSVP? Can't I just tell you I'm going to be there (or not)?

Answer

Yep, you have to. For the sake of our sanity, please use the RSVP link at the top. It is far easier for us than dealing with 50 forms of communication for RSVPing. If you are having issues with RSVPing online, please email us at meganandjoey711@gmail.com

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will most likely be fairly warm. The venue is an outdoor venue with some shaded spots.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Casual and relaxed! We recommend a nice blouse with pants or skirt or a summer dress for the ladies. For the guys, dress pants with button-down shirt or polo shirt will fit.

Question

What colors should I avoid wearing?

Answer

White, especially a white wedding dress :)

Question

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

We advise you stick to the dress code, but please be comfortable! There will be dancing and uncomfortable shoes will not be an excuse for not dancing.

Question

When should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm (PST). You are welcome to come into the venue as early as 3:30pm. We recommend you arrive by 3:45pm in order to give you time to find a seat.

Question

Can I park at the venues?

Answer

Yes, there is parking but car pool if you can.

Question

Most importantly, when will we eat?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin at the reception venue at 4:45pm where there will be snacks and drinks. Dinner will begin at 6:00pm.

Answer

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We have paid for two professional photographers to capture how the ceremony looks, we have invited you so you may capture how the ceremony feels. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!
