Krapf buses will provide transportation from both hotels to and from the wedding reception. - 4:00 PM - buses will depart the Marriott Hotel - 4:20PM - buses will depart the Desmond Hotel - reception end (10PM-ish) - buses will return to both hotels

Outdoor tented event next to a farmhouse. Cocktail hour on the grass lawn. Reception under the tent with hard floor for dinner and dancing. The tent seals up pretty tight, as needed.
