When should I RSVP by?

Answer

July 6th, 2024. Make sure to use the names on your invitation envelope when responding on Zola.

Answer

Yes, we are registered on Amazon under Kate Cutrone & Joe Hruby.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will be allowed into the vineyard at 2:45pm. Light refreshments will be served. The ceremony will begin at 3pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual attire requested. We want you to be comfortable at our wedding so please be mindful of the weather and the venue. Shorts and collared shirts for men and sundresses, rompers, jumpsuits for women. High heels are not recommended. Flat footwear, sneakers, boat shoes, flip flops encouraged.

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Islip/MacArther Airport. See the hotel website page for our booking link.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the venue is limited. We are encouraging carpooling and utilizing ride share. Please use the right hand fork when arriving. Valet parking and ride share drop off will be located a short walk from the vineyard.

Where is the ceremony going to be held?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on site at Loughlin Vineyard. Loughlin Vineyard is located at 299 Middle Road, Sayville, NY behind the Meadowcroft Estate.
