Our story actually starts about two years before we met. Ashley, Joe's sister, brought Joe up to Kacey one day, but Kacey was not ready for a relationship. Ashley said "Kacey, I have a brother and you two would be perfect together," but this didn't even cross Kacey's mind for two more years. Then at Christmas 2023 Ashley brought Joe up again, this time Kacey said that if he was interested, she was open to him reaching out. Well Joe did reach out, and they started talking. They planned a first date, but mother nature had other plans. The day of the first date a snowstorm came through. Kacey still drove down, but all of the restaurants in town were closed. Instead of a fancy first date, they bought frozen pizza and mule supplies at Meijer and made them at Joe's house. That was the best first date either of them has ever had. They haven't looked back since that day and have been loving life together ever since. As much as it kills Joe to admit, they owe it all to Ashley. Our forever starts now and we can't wait to celebrate with all of you!
