In January 2019, Joe set off to the United States for a new job working as a scientist at the University of North Carolina. He downloaded Bumble, the dating app, hoping to meet a tour guide for his time in the USA. Little did he know that his tour guide would end up becoming his wife! From the day Joe and Gabby met the conversation and adventures have not ended, taking them everywhere from mountaintops in California and Canada to the breezy shores of Joe's hometown Cornwall, UK. It is here that they will tie the knot, and they could not be more excited to bring their family and friends together to celebrate in such a special place.
