IMPORTANT: All ceremony times are listed in Central Time (CST). Please note that the hotels are located in Eastern Time (EST). Please plan to arrive between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM CST to enjoy our pre-ceremony gathering before we head into the woods for the ceremony. Please do not arrive later than 3:00 PM CST, as the final shuttle will depart at that time. Once the last shuttle leaves, there will be no additional transportation to the ceremony site.
