It all started with a cannonball contest. Joe and Emily worked at the same organization and he was subbing in the aquatics department for a night. Their clients wanted to swim together at the end of their session and Joe had a fantastic cannonball. After work, their friend suggested they all get pho and chat. Hours later they were all laughing together on the couch and Joe asked if Emily wanted to go on a bike ride. Fast forward to a late night bike ride around Lake Harriet. They sat in a hammock, had snacks and got to know each other. Years later - they still enjoy the simple pleasures of hammocks, snacks and new adventures together.
