Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We suggest you plan to arrive around 4:30pm to allow time to park, walk to the ceremony site, and find a seat.

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes, there is ample parking available at Mount Pisgah. If you're driving, be sure to leave extra time to find your way. There is a fee for parking. We will have free parking passes available, but make sure you have one displayed or you will get an expensive ticket. We will also have a shuttle between the Gordon Hotel (located downtown) and the wedding site. Please let us know with your RSVP (or send us a text) if you expect to take the shuttle, so we can have an idea of how many seats we'll need.

Are kids welcome?

This will be a family friendly event, but our venue capacity is limited. If you want to bring children not expressly included on your invitation, please just check in with us in advance to confirm we can accommodate them.

What if I have a food allergy?

Please let us know about all food allergies. We will have a thoughtfully curated and labeled buffet.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail or semi-formal attire is suggested. Please keep in mind that this is a natural outdoor venue and some of the ground may be uneven.

How will the shuttle work?
Answer
We will have a shuttle between the Gordon Hotel (located downtown) and the wedding site. The shuttle will depart the Gordon Hotel at approximately 4pm and return between 10-10:30pm Please let us know with your RSVP if you expect to take the shuttle.

Are there any other events?
Answer
YES! There will be an after party on Saturday! Lunch, drinks, and dancing - All Ages Saturday, July 20 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM PublicHouse 418 A Street, Springfield, OR 97477 Join us for an all ages dance party, featuring several DJs you'll know (Joe and his brother are both in the line up). This is casual, feel free to stop by anytime. We have reserved a private room ("The Study"), so you'll have a place to sit down and relax inside. The party is free and the reserved room is on us. Food and drinks are available for purchase and can be enjoyed inside or outside on the back lawn where the music will be.
