Your presence will surely be missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you will not make it, please notify Courtney (443)-716-8906 or Joe (717)-965-7116.

Question

How should I dress?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code for all events is semi-formal required, formal preferred. *please no jeans/denim pants, or shorts

Question

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. The bridesmaids will be in a shade of green, but do not feel obligated to avoid this color.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes- get ready to celebrate, as the drinks are on us! Please note that our bartenders will ID.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3:30 pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Question

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

A shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at the Doubletree Hilton to and from the venue. However, if you are not staying at the hotel and are driving, there is a large parking lot on the grounds. Please note that cars cannot stay there overnight.

Question

Is the venue inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception will be inside with an accessible outside courtyard later in the evening.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that our wedding will be kid free besides those participating in the wedding.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will be listed as Guest on your invite.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are kindly asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony and the exit please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!
