We've reserved a block of rooms at Chicago Marriott Naperville for a discounted rate. See below for booking instructions. Those looking to book outside of the contracted dates of September 17 & 18 must reserve within the block first and then call the hotel to have the reservation extended to Saturday, September 19 at our block rate. If you prefer to call in, please call the front desk directly at the number listed and refer to the Sapienza & Hiltenbrand wedding room block with your preferred dates. Although the cutoff date to receive the discounted rate is August 20, we encourage you to book early to secure your accommodations.
Shuttle
September 18, 2026 5:30 pm - 11:30 pm
In order for our guests to safely enjoy the night, a complimentary shuttle between the hotel & reception will be available to our guests. The first shuttle will pick up guests from the hotel at 5:30 pm and will make conintuous trips until the conclusion of the reception.
Flight
The hotel is 30 minutes away from O'Hare and 45 minutes from Midway depending on traffic. Chicago traffic can vary heavily, particularly around the airports, so we recommend monitoring traffic closely and planning for potential slowdowns. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available at both airports and throughout Naperville.
