Times are uncertain and spooky with a new virus on the loose. We plan to continue with the celebration while keeping in mind social distancing, increased ventilation, and exceptional hygiene principles (the last one isn’t new!). Our dinner will be outside in the open air surrounded by pine trees and we may even have the dance party outside as well. We will have hand sanitizer everywhere and masks available but not required. We encourage those who feel safest in a mask to please wear a mask, we want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. We also completely understand that some of our loved ones will simply not be comfortable joining this celebration in person so we plan to have the ceremony available for online viewing. We will celebrate with each and every one of our most favorite people at some point, no matter what! Please stay safe and sane during these unsettling times. We love you all so much and can not wait to celebrate with you either in person or virtually!!

DAY OF TRANSPORTATION

Answer

Our venue is 25mins from Incline Village on a windy and narrow mountain road. Busses will be arranged from the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe parking lot to our venue and back. We don't want anyone behind the wheel when they shouldn't be after having a blast celebrating with us! There is a large parking lot if you do decide to drive yourself. Please let us know in the RSVP section if you plan to use this ride! A head-count sooner than later would be great :)

PHILLY PARTY

We DO plan to have a reception in Philadelphia! We will bring the party to you on the east coast at some point later in the year or in 2021 so don’t stress if making it out west in September doesn’t work for you! Stay tuned for details!
