Sometimes the greatest stories and moments occur when it is least expected. Our story began with an unexpected reunion. Let’s take a stroll down memory lane back to 2010-2011 Both of us were in different relationships and had known of one another through mutual friends, but had never spoken. There was only a knowledge of one another, but never anything further. Flash forward to 11/2016 A year that had plenty of trying times for the two of us. A crappy year was about to have a better ending than either of us could have imagined. Online and dating sites are never the most conventional way to meet a person, but it was where a mutual knowledge of one another became a beautiful reconnection. After reconnecting online with one another after years of not even having any form of conversation, we both agreed to meet for a causal date for coffee. As most people know hanging out with someone for the first time can sometimes be awkward and weird, but for us it was like we knew each other forever. Two and half hours into what was supposed to be a small coffee date, we found ourselves caught up in one another talking that you would of figured we had always had some sort of chemistry. At the end of that night we both realized there was something special between us. That brings us to 12/05/16 What started out as an unexpected interest; became something so much more. One date turned into 3 and that was all it took for both of us to realize that this was something we wanted to make official. So long story short we both decided to take a chance on one another. 06/17/17 I know what all of you are thinking..6 months wow that is early to know you want to spend your life with someone because you don’t really “know” them. Well if you speak to anyone who knows the two of us than they would tell you that we are very different from others. 6 months is all it took for us to realize we were each other’s forever. What started as a yes to a coffee date became a yes to spending life together.
