We will have passenger vans making two trips to and from the hotel and venue. There will be a sign up sheet for the shuttle at the welcome party, as space is limited per trip. If you are unable to make the shuttle then Uber/ Lyft, AVL Hopper or AVL Taxi can assist.

Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Helene there is no longer a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Please plan accordingly. Uber and Lyft charge approximately $30.

Both ceremony and reception will take place at The Farm. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on grass while the reception will be covered and paved.
While we love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 13 on our wedding day.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a meal service, hand selected by us.
On your RSVP there will be a place to state your medical dietary restrictions. Please let us know right away.
If you are late to the ceremony, please do not walk down the aisle and try to find a seat. Step to the outside of the aisle or wait to join us during cocktail hour.
There are no sides. Please sit wherever you'd like. We only ask you not sit in the reserved seats, which will be marked.
Not everyone will be able to have a plus one. While we wish we could accommodate everyone to have a plus one, our venue does have a cap of the number of guests we can have. It will be indicated when you rsvp if you may bring a plus one.

Yes, the hotel is centrally located in Asheville and the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the downtown area for $8 round trip. The hotel itself has a fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, zip-lining, 9-hole golf course and indoor pool!
