Please arrive at the venue by 4:45 PM to ensure you are comfortably seated before the ceremony begins promptly at 5 PM.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.

What does "Black Tie Optional" attire mean?

Answer

Black Tie Optional means elevated evening attire. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are encouraged, while dark suits and elegant dresses are equally welcome. Think classic black-tie style with a breezy Florida twist.

Is the wedding outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the beautiful Healing Garden, overlooking the water. Following the festivities outside, guests will be welcomed indoors for the reception in the elegant Ca' d'Zan Ballroom.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Guests may utilize valet parking at the Ritz-Carlton, with additional self-parking available at nearby downtown Sarasota garages within walking distance of the hotel.
