Cute seaside town with lots of little shops and restaurants in walking distance of the train. A short drive south from downtown brings you right to the ocean, so flip flops encouraged
Coffee and other drinks/snacks with fun flavors (I recommend the coffee milk latte to really get the RI flavor experience)
Just down the road from our old apartment, great doughnuts and assorted pastries for all palates and food restriction needs.
Honestly the town is very cute, just wandering down at the water at the shops is highly advised
Beautiful mansion, gardens and grounds overlooking the Long Island Sound, and backdrop for many of our photos featured here. Family friendly and small fee for out of state parking.
Fun aquatic day trip, with scheduled shows and touch tanks.
For all the maritime history lovers.
For all the Julia Roberts fans, the Mystic Pizza restaurant may appeal. Mystic Pizza 2 is located conveniently near our house! (Emily cannot vouch as they are -un-fortunately full of gluten)
Hotel, events and shopping, as well as gambling if that's your cup of tea; the outlets/casino are a stones throw away.
This seems super fun and just haven't had the excuse to check it out.
