Yes! We will have shuttles arrive for pickup at the main hotel (Après Whitefish) at 4pm to the wedding They will depart back to hotel from our reception at around 11pm ***If you are not staying there but would like to hop on the shuttle, please arrange a ride (Uber, Lyft, taxi, etc.) to that hotel by 4pm and back to your place at 11pm!
If you are not joining the shuttle, please plan to arrive at 5pm! -our ceremony begins at 6pm (ceremony location will take some time to get to so don’t be late or you’ll miss it! ;)
Our reception will end at around 11pm, transportation shuttles will arrive at that time to take those in town back to the Après Whitefish hotel. If you would like to stay later (for the after-party) or leave earlier, please communicate that with Joe or Alexia
Alexia recommends “relaxed formal” attire for the day of celebration and casual for the welcome party- but please wear whatever you are comfortable in! Especially good walking/dancing shoes 😁 We want everyone to be as relaxed and care-free as possible on our special day!! P.S. You will be walking on un-even grassy/gravel roads! + Summer nights can get a bit chilly here so having an extra jacket is a good idea too 🌲
While we would love for everyone to be apart of our celebration, we can only host so many people & need to keep it intimate with only our closest friends + family ❤️ Thank you for understanding!
