What do I wear?

Answer

Keep it classy my friends, and dress in your beachy best! The ceremony will be on the beach and IN THE SAND! Gents jackets and suits will be hot, and therefore not required!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we understand that many of our guests have children, we respectfully request that you find a sitter or someone who can watch your beloved little ones for our Ceremony and Reception.

Where should I park?

Answer

If guests are staying at the Henlopen Hotel they can park in the parking garage Any guests not staying at the hotel are required to park on the street or side streets Meters are up May – September – but after 5 PM guests can park on the permit parking streets without a permit and walk over to the hotel There is also the Jolly Trolly, Dart bus, Uber or Taxi that can assist with transportation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know when you RSVP, or sooner, if there are any allergies or dietary restricts you have so we can discuss options with Chef David at Salero. (eg. Gluten Free, Lactose, Vegetarian, etc.)

How long can it take to travel from Coastal Highway 1 to Rehoboth Beach?

Answer

Our special day is also Father's Day AND the 1st Day of Summer. If you are planning on traveling into town on Sunday please be aware that traffic on the Coastal Highway can be incredible slow moving. it will take longer than 60 minutes to travel most anywhere by car.

Where do I go for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be held off the boardwalk in front of the Henlopen Hotel. The reception will follow on the 8th floor of the hotel at Salero.
