Is there a recommended hotel to stay at local to the venue?
Answer
There are several options very local to our venue. We have secured a block of rooms at a hotel located 7 minutes from our Venue. Please call the Best Western Hunt's Landing Hotel Matamoras/Milford located at 120 US-6 & 209, Matamoras, PA 18336

Are children allowed at the wedding?
Answer
There are no children allowed beyond the wedding party (flower girl).

Is there parking?
Answer
There is free parking at the venue, just input the address into your GPS it will lead you right to venue.

What about food allergies?
Answer
We hope all our guests are safe and have a pleasant time. So we ask you to let us know about any allergies so we can make accommodations. Please contact us as early as possible regarding any food allergies so we can notify the caterer.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Those specified on the invite are invited. While we wish we could invite everyone this is an intimate venue, so we have to limit plus ones.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel(s)?
Answer
We do not have a shuttle arranged for transportation to and from the hotels. We want everyone to have a great time and get home safely, so please remember to drink responsibly. We would be happy to assist in ordering anyone an Uber, Lyft, or coordinating with other guests to arrange everyone gets home / to their hotel safely!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We appreciate everyone's consideration on the dress code. For the wedding and reception we request guess to wear formal attire. For those who received a special invite for the rehearsal dinner we kindly request our quests to wear attire that is classified dressy casual.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
Venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (located about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot) and find a seat.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
Answer
Our reception will end around 8pm, after which there will not be an after-party. We appreciate everyone that were able celebrate the day with us. We hope everyone get's home safe and sound.
