Our dress code is black-tie optional. For men, we encourage you to wear a tuxedo or suit and tie. For ladies, an evening gown or a cocktail dress would be appropriate.
If you are given a Plus One- the formal wedding invitation will express that. If your invitation is made out to you only, please do not bring a guest. Unfortunately, we are keeping our wedding intimate and will not have space for unplanned attendees
If your children are invited- the invitation will include their names. We are keeping children invites very limited to those in our immediate family only.
Our ceremony and reception are indoors. Weather permitting- cocktail hour will be on an outdoor patio. In the event of inclement weather- we have indoor plan for cocktail hour as well.
Because we are having the wedding at a hotel, we will not be offering shuttle if you choose to stay at an outside hotel. We understand the hotel block requiring a 2 day minimum may make staying at The Crowne Plaza inaccessible for our guests. We do encourage Uber or Lyft to the venue, so you all arrive and depart safely.
Yes, the hotel offers a large, free parking lot.
Yes, there is a hotel room block. Because it is a peak wedding season holiday weekend, they are requiring 2 night stay for hotel guests. They will hold the rooms until 30 days before the wedding, then release what is not sold. Guests may begin booking 11 months in advance and no deposit is required. You may call Crowne Plaza Warwick directly and use Group Code "WHW" to be added to our room block. We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a cocktail style reception with a variety of food stations to appeal to all palettes.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour. However, we do recommend bringing cash for when open bar closes, for drinks not included in the offerings, and/or to tip the bar staff. And, y'all better act right.
