Kristin and Joe met in 2009 while both attending Keene State College while "studying" over a game of beer pong at "the hockey house" where Joe lived. Joe was smitten over Kristin's southpaw technique. Kristin was...indifferent. After a couple of years they couldn't ignore their instant connection so they reconnected and began dating. It's been 6 years and now they're tying the knot!

The Thursday before Kristin's family was visiting New Hampshire for Budweiser's RibFest, Joe told Kristin he was staying in Connecticut for one of his job sites which is something he has to do twice a month. However, when Kristin got home from work that day, MUCH to her surprise, Joe had roses, a sign, pictures and champagne set up to ask the question. Trig was there to help with a smile and bow-tie on.
