We have a select amount of room on hold at the Viceroy hotel in Snowmass. Please call (970) 923-8000 to reserve your room and the block will be under Nehrboss/Bocchino Wedding. If you choose to stay elsewhere please be aware that the shuttle is picking up and dropping off at the Viceroy so please plan accordingly.
For the welcome party it is Semi formal. Jeans, button down and sport coat is appropriate for the men. For the ladies long flowy dresses or skirts. Western accessories encouraged! The dress code is formal attire, black tie optional. Be mindful it is outside in Colorado in October so it may be chilly we highly recommend a coat just in case. Yes! We have set up shuttles that will pick up and drop off at the Viceroy Hotel In Snowmass. This will be for BOTH the welcome party and wedding day. Pick ups will be 3pm on Friday and Saturday. The venue has limited parking so if you are needing your own vehicle please reach out so we can help accommodate. Please feel free to utilize Ride share services (Uber/Lyft) out to the venue. It may be difficult to request services back into town due to limited cell service. You are more than welcome to utilize the shuttles for the ride back into town.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night.
Colorado in October can be unpredictable but we are expecting cooler temperatures and no snow with highs in the high 60s and lows at night in the 40s.
