Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes, we will arrange for a shuttle system. More information to come.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! As mentioned in the Travel section, booking a cabin/condo at our venue site (Black Canyon Inn) or their sister site (Estes Park Condos) will give you a great mountain experience. You can also try booking through airbnb.com or vrbo.com.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the wedding venue.

Will food be provided at the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes, there will be snacks as well as a food truck (tbd) at the Welcome Party! Please be aware, alcohol hits different at altitude, so drink plenty of water, too!

What to wear??

Welcome Party: Casual Wedding & Reception: Semi-Formal- Suits and cocktail dresses are perfect, but be as fancy as you want! Socks and sandals are also fine, I guess.
