Flight
You will need to fly through Boston during the off season via Cape Air. Rather than flying Cape Air, another option is to uber or drive to Hyannis from the Boston airport. Drive to Hyannis is approximately 1.5 hours from Boston airport. The Nantucket airport is located on mid-island. There are taxis and uber available. Otherwise, car rentals can be booked ahead of time.
