Question

How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

We have arranged complimentary shuttle services to allow for safe transport to and from the venue. One shuttle with Easy Riders Bus Company will depart from the Graduate Hotel to drive to the venue at 4:30 pm sharp. Another shuttle with James Limousine will depart from the Hampton Inn and Suites at 4:30 pm sharp. For the return trip, we will be offering an early departure at 10:00 pm and a later departure at the end of the reception at 11:45 pm. The shuttles will return to the same drop-off location. Parking is available onsite, and vehicles can be left overnight until 10 am the following morning (02JUN). We encourage guests to take the buses so that we can all celebrate safely.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Rain or shine, the ceremony and reception will both be held at King Family Vineyards. There is grass and a lack of shade at the ceremony site, so please plan your shoes and attire accordingly.

What does semi-formal garden attire mean?

Answer

We suggest long or short semi-formal attire of soft and light colors for ladies. These can include floral or pastel prints! For gentlemen, this includes suits and ties. To help plan your attire, the bridal party will be wearing light grey suits and green dresses.

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

Answer

We have addressed the Save the Dates to include all invited guests or full families on the address line. If you have any questions on this point, please feel free to reach out to us to discuss.
