The rooms that are not available at the discounted rates will be Lake huts, hot tub rooms, Kingsbridge house rooms and shepherd’s hut. You can still book these but you need to remove the promo code when booking online to view these rooms. Booking rooms, special requests > To book rooms head to www.tewinbury.co.uk and select “book a room”, select the check in and check out dates and the number of guests you are looking to book for. Enter the code given at the top of the email in the promo code selection and then press search. All discounted rooms will then show for the selected dates and number of guests. You need to provide your card details at the time of booking and payment will be taken straight away. Their is free cancellation up until 1pm the day prior to check in. Any guests requiring accessible rooms should contact the hotel directly to make a booking. Check in, check out, cots, pets, and special requests. > Just to let you know check in time is from 3pm and our check out time is before 11am. > There is an option to add earlier check in from 1pm and is around £30 and can be added at the time of booking >You will be asked to provide a card on check in for preauthorisation. They hold a preauthorisation of £50 to cover any personal charges such as room service that guests may incur during their stay. If no charges are made, then the £50 is returned to the guest. Guests who have special requests can enter these in the special request section of their online booking. Cots can be added free of charge on the “extra’s” page during the online booking process. *The hotel staff are really helpful if you need to call them directly to sort your booking out just let them know its for our wedding and they will help out!
