While the world was starting to shut down, we both thought, heck why don't we start swiping to pass the time? Kyle, with a cute selfie of him and an adorable dog, caught Jody's eye. With very limited date night options, Kyle offered to cook tacos and paid close attention to the mention of a favorite beer... Pacifico of course! Three dates in four days later, we have been inseparable ever since!

With days left until the big move to Oklahoma, Kyle suggested taking a drive to check out the Golden Gate Bridge one last time. However, it was Labor Day weekend and a heat wave hit the Bay Area. Everyone else had the same idea of hitting the coast, but after sitting in traffic for several hours, we finally made it to the Marin Headlands. Kyle suggested hiking down to a pill box for a more private view. Jody, being the true klutz in the relationship, didn't want to walk off the paved path down a steep dirt hill in flip flops... but anything for a photo, right? Of course, after slipping and falling, we made it to the picture perfect view point at which point Kyle got down on one knee and asked the most important question, and the rest is history!
