We will be welcoming guests at the Welcome Barn from 3:30pm and the Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving as close to 3:30pm as possible as there are many things to enjoy at Owls Hoot Barn before the Ceremony — drinks, luscious grounds, wonderful company, and some interesting “clues” into our story which may come in handy later!
The only kids at the wedding will be the ring bearer and the flower bearer.

Yes! We have booked a block of rooms at the Best Western within the area. We highly recommend staying here to use the shuttle service provided to and from the wedding venue on the day of the wedding. Parking is limited at Owls Hoot Barn and it will not be able to accommodate guests’ cars. Please reach out to us personally if you’d like some help booking a room in one of these hotels. There are also multiple Air B&B’s located within walking distance from Owls Hoot Barn, which we are happy to provide information for, if guests are interested.
Elevated Spring Chic! Owls Hoot Barn is located on stunning natural grounds, and guests will spend a considerable amount of time outside, so please dress accordingly.
We, our wedding planners and Owls Hoot Barn will continue to monitor the situation. We will be taking the approach of trusting good judgement on the part of all guests while keeping within CDC guidelines: 1. Verification of Vaccine OR a negative test within 72 hours will be required upon arrival. Please fill out the Covid-19 waiver (link was emailed) and upload required proof ASAP. There will be a QR code onsite upon entry in the event anyone cannot access the waiver pre-event. 2. The event will be monitored via wristbands--Vaccinated and Unvaccinated: VACCINATED GUESTS a. Masks are optional b. No social distancing required c. Dancing outside of your "pods" is allowed UNVACCINATED GUESTS a. Masks required, except for eating and drinking b. Social distancing required (there will not be a “social distanced” area; please distance when possible) 3. Children over the age of 4 who are not vaccinated will be required to sit with only vaccinated guests.
