Jody and Andrea came together on a warm spring night in May of 2016. A night out in the city turned into a magical encounter that changed the course of their lives forever. Jody, standing outside Annie Bailey's in downtown Lancaster, enjoyed a calm moment with confidant and future groomsman, Tony Jadas, when his future bride walked out of the neighboring establishment. She burst onto the sidewalk with a powerful elegance that did not go unnoticed by those who surrounded her. Jody knew he had to take action. With hesitation in his voice, he did what any reasonable courting millenial would do. He asked, "Hey...um...I'm Jody. This is Tony. Would you like to grab a drink with me"? Not the most enticing of a proposition, but he rolled the dice! Expecting the worse, Jody braced for rejection. Andrea, looking puzzled, replies, "Uhh...sure. My friends and I were heading to Annie's You two may join". Success! Honestly, Jody didn't think he'd make it this far, but a yes gave him enough confidence to walk into the bar without losing his composure. One drink led to two, and things became a little easier. Next thing you know, Jody and Andrea are standing side by side as the lights came on. Call it what you will, but the rest is history. They were inseperable from that first enocunter. Love chose them on that warm sping night on May 14th, 2016.
