We appreciate you making the trip to celebrate with us!
Hotels with room blocks available are specified below, but we wanted to include other hotel options as possible lodging for our guests. Our venue coordinator has told us that there are Air Bnbs in the area as well.
We have booked a 50 person shuttle to make three runs to take our guest from the venue back to the Courtyard Traverse City, which is the most central of our three room blocks. The hotel area is about 20-25 minutes from the venue (17 miles/27km). Shuttle runs are set for approximately: 10pm, 11:15pm, & 12:30am.
Guest are welcome to leave their vehicles at the venue overnight - we encourage it if you’re wanting to have some liquids fun! Ourselves and our families will be at the venue on Sunday as well to tear down the party and can help coordinate getting back to your vehicles. Your vehicle just needs to be corrected by 12pm on Sunday, September 27th.
