The wedding day dress code is black tie formal. Ladies, think dress to impress and men full black suits (we understand it's hot in the day, however the ceremony will be in the evening so slightly cooler).
As we are organising multiple events for our wedding celebrations we ask that you RSVP as soon as you can so we can organise with vendors. However the deadline is 28th February 2026. If you have not RSVP'd by this date we will have to count you as a 'no'. Please refer to our RSVP page where you can RSVP to each event.
The weather in Rome in September is set to be pleasant as summer turns to autumn. Temperatures usually range from mild to warm. During the day, the average temperature ranges from 24 to 28°C. In the evening and at night, temperatures can drop to 14 to 18°C.
If you are staying in the city centre then it is 10 minutes in a taxi. There are two entrances to the Villa, please ask your driver to take you through the guest entrance to ensure the gates are open. This entrance is known as 'Panoramic View' entrance, using the address 'Via Trionfale 151' for Taxis or Ubers.
Coaches will depart the venue at midnight (12:00 AM) and again at 2:00 AM, heading to the city centre. If you wish to leave outside these times, the team at the venue will be happy to assist you in arranging a taxi
The welcome venue is the W Rome hotel, its a short walk from the Spanish steps and there will be a sign outside the entrance.
We would ask that guests arrive at the venue for 4:15pm ready for the ceremony to start promptly at 4:30pm.
We would kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. However, we would love for you to take photos throughout the evening!
Plus ones by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
Parking is available at the wedding venue, and valet service will be provided for your convenience. Please note that the venue kindly requests that cars are not left overnight, as the gates will be locked after hours.
